Letter to All Renters

To the People Who Rent through Pacific Apartment Management

The staff at Pacific Apartment Management values our relationships with every renter at every property we manage. We want a good relationship with you based upon mutual respect and the lease agreement which sets forth our business relationship. Please take the time to read the following:

The lease signed by you and us as the building owner's agent is a contract that we will honor. Of course, we expect you to do likewise. Since a lease is a contract, you should read it before signing it. All properties require maintenance from time to time and we expect that your rental home will also need maintenance in the future. Please use the maintenance request form on this website to inform us of your needs. Please do not hesitate to call if you have a need for emergency maintenance, but you should also email the maintenance request form. We will respond as quickly as possible to all maintenance requests. Please be aware that sometimes we are required to obtain the consent of the building owner before we make large non-routine repairs and this may take more time.

For your convenience, we have answered the most frequently asked questions we receive on this website. Please do not hesitate to call with any other questions.

Should you find it necessary to move to another location in Los Angeles County or Ventura County, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We may be able to refer you to another property managed by Pacific Apartment Management.

Should you decide to purchase a home anywhere in the United States, please contact us. We would be pleased to represent you in finding a property to purchase through our company, Pacific-Realtors.net.

Our commitment is to provide you with a clean home, in good repair, and priced fairly. We will treat you honestly and professionally at all times. We believe in the golden rule.
